I have always enjoyed driving, and I was searching for a self-employed position that I could really enjoy. I saw an

advertisement for being a driving instructor, and the more I looked into it and spoke to people about it, the more I was intrigued.

I've always had jobs that involve working with people, mostly involving care work and child care. Working a variety of clients including disabled and autistic children and adults. I enjoy working with a variety of people and prefer one to one as it's more personable and rewarding.

Being a driving instructor enables me to help others to achieve a big life goal and support their journey to a full licence.

The best part and also the saddest are when they pass. It's sad to say goodbye, but its good to know we have worked together to achieve that goal and that we have done what we can to ensure they are an aware, safe and confident driver.

DVSA ADI - Grade B

Lily is our newest instructor. She has recently passed her final qualification test and joins WyeDrive as a fully qualified instructor
